Cheap single pushchair Pushchairs

The Babyzen Yoyo single gb stroller is a good option if you are on a budget and don't require a stroller that can be used as a car seat carrier. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip flop comfortable.

It's also a breeze to push and feels solid when you're navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned itself a reputation for being the ultimate stroller that is lightweight, suitable for urban dwellers as well jet-setters. This is thanks to its extremely nimble handling and fold that fits into an aeroplane's overhead luggage. The latest version comes with independent suspension on all four wheels made of Hytrel elastomer that allows it to perfectly navigate across all types of surfaces and terrain'.

The wagon can hold two or more children from 6 months to 5 years, and it comes with a spacious storage basket to accommodate everything you need on the go.

The Xplore has dual canopies which are able to rotate from front to back, ensuring adequate sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than some wagons. This might not be ideal for long drives or naps.

The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy but it doesn't bend as much as some other wagons that we tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and it isn't able to lock securely after folding. It is easy to move however, and can fit through narrow doors of 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for a budget-friendly secondary travel stroller. It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and folded size which means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to lift into a trunk of a car or closet. It also comes with the option of reclining in multiple positions and a cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

It performed better in our push and turn test than many of the strollers we tested, but it is nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest of all strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger canopy sizes.

It took us just under 3 minutes to put together the Delta using a standard manual. None of the parts required tools. However, it's missing certain essential features that we think you should not compromise on for a double stroller like a large basket, and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair, and is advertised as a travel system for urban use. It is suitable from birth to around 3.5-years-old. The seat and carrycot can be converted easily with a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a stay-in car-base and a reversible baby carriage.

The seat can be reclined with one hand and the large shopping basket makes it easy for parents to help their child in and out. Although it is a narrow pushchair it handled the bumps of everyday life well and was able to pass through doorways without any fuss.

The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position and can also swivel. This is useful in rough terrain. When we walked through the stony trail, we allowed them to swivel and it performed well although it did seem slightly bumpier than other models that we tested.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its three-wheeled, all-terrain strollers that jog. But they also produce a wide selection of pushchairs with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is simple to use and folds small enough to fit in a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It's heavier than other strollers we've tried, but because it has rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-constructed. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain and it's easy to move even with two kids and shopping bags.

The seat and carrycot both come with hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are water-resistant and durable, unlike some other pram hoods that are turned back into toddlers' faces.

It's not the biggest of storage space, but it does have a big basket that's large enough to fit a changing bag as well as plenty of groceries. It can also be linked with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies as big as 20 pounds (car seat and adapters sold separately). If you need a stroller that can be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an ideal choice.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene, it stole the hearts of parents everywhere. It's an aluminum-framed stroller that can be used from infant's first days until. This budget single pushchair is surprisingly easy to maneuver and features excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold, and a handy carry strap. It's also lightweight and robust. The seat can be reclined in various positions. It also has a built-in double-breathable mattress that can be used for babies from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip out sun visors and both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't the best as it’s not as quiet as Velcro and could wake up napping babies.

The Duet is a stroller with an angled design that can be used by twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin mode seats, the seats can be set so that they face each one. They can also be oriented towards the parents. This should lessen sibling fights over who gets seated with dad and mom. It comes with a large bottle holder, gear tray as well as snack trays and an adjustable mat. It also has an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.
