Cheap Single Pushchairs

If you're on a tight budget and don't need a stroller that can double as a car seat carrier The Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip-flop comfortable.

It's easy to push and it feels solid when you are navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has built a reputation as the ultimate lightweight buggy for jet-setters and city dwellers alike, 9324874 due to its nimble maneuverability and fold that fits in aeroplane overhead luggage. This latest version features independent suspension on all 4 wheels constructed of Hytrel elastomer, which allows it to perfectly traverse all terrains and types'.

The bent fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 and the 6+ months colour pack combine to create a sleek pushchair with a delicate elegant design. The frame's weight alone is just over a kilogram and is so light you can easily lift it from the box (and do so one-handed).

The hood, for example snaps onto the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It's also machine washable at 30 degrees, which helps to prevent stains caused by smushed carrot puffs and rice cakes. It can be used as a pram right from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into a stroller after 6 months using the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a great choice for parents looking for an adaptable stroller wagon. The Evenflo Pivot can be transformed from a stroller into an actual wagon by flipping the handle. Parents can then decide which mode is best for their adventure. The wagon can accommodate two or more children from 6 months to 5 years, and it comes with a spacious storage basket that can accommodate everything you need on the go.

The Xplore has two canopies that are able to rotate from front to back, ensuring adequate sun protection for the entire family. It also has a footwell that's not as deep or large as other wagons, so it may not be ideal for long trips or napping.

The frame on the Xplore feels sturdy and solid however it doesn't have as much flexibility as other wagons we tried. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the other models, and it does not secure when folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents looking for a second stroller that's priced reasonably. It was awarded an impressive score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and fold size which means it's light, compact when folded and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also has a multi-position reclining seat and a parent cup holder. Other important features include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree front wheels that are shock-absorbing.

It did better in our push and turn test than most of the strollers we tested, but it is still difficult to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades on it were among the tiniest of strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger canopies.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together with an average manual, and none of the components required tools. It is missing some features that we consider essential in a double stroller. They include a large basket, reclining seats, and leg rests that can be adjusted.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair and is marketed as an urban travel system. The seat can be reclined with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to take their child in and out. This narrow pushchair handled all day bumps and doorways effortlessly.

The front wheels can be locked into an forward position or let them swivel which helps when covering rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to swivel while walking along the stony path. It was able to handle this well, even though it felt slightly rougher.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is a household name for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler Jogging pushchairs, however they also make a good range of 4-wheeler strollers. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to fold and can fit into the boot of a car even with an attached carrycot.

It is heavier than the other strollers we tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels, it feels sturdy and well-made. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain and 9324874 it's easy to carry, even when loaded with two children and a shopping bag.

Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that are able to be lower to reveal the UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are showerproof and sturdy, unlike some other prams' hoods which get whipped back into toddlers faces.

It does not have much storage space, but it comes with an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be linked with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies as big as 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you require a stroller that can be used on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene it stole the hearts of parents everywhere. It's an aluminium framed stroller that will see you through your baby's initial days and beyond. It's got a few distinctive features like the possibility of flipping the seat from parent to world-facing, a huge UPF 50+ canopy, an eye shade that flips out, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are durable and filled with foam which minimizes punctures. The chassis also has built-in suspension that takes the sting out of rough terrain. It was simple to push, and our tester was able to maneuver the car through the narrow streets.

It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It also stands and can be trolleyed for easier transport in the trunk of your car or down the stairs at home. It also comes equipped with the ability to add a car seat and a carrycot using the included adaptors. The brakes are one action and are color coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.

The Duet is a angled stroller that can be used by twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and works with some carrycots. In twin mode seats, the seats can be placed so that they face each the other. They can also be oriented to face the parents. This should lessen sibling fights over who gets seated with mom and dad. It comes with a big tray for gears, a bottle holder and snack tray. It also comes with an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban glide 2 is the ideal jogger for parents that like to be active. It's among the lightest running strollers you can get for your child and offers great safety features like five-point harnesses and a secure wrist strap. It has a different type of hand brake unlike other models that is an interesting twist.
