Then, carefully remove the battery out of its socket by lifting it on the side that is closest to the key-ring loop. Once the battery has been removed, insert the new one into its socket. Make sure that the positive end of the battery is facing up and that all clips are in place. Then slide the cover back down and toward the key-ring loop until it becomes loose and slips off. Remove the cover to reveal the hidden key blade.
