Depends on the kind of player vavada you are. The payouts aren't exactly great, the freeroam missions for example pay a lot less than even the simplest CEO mission (Sightseer), but they can be fun to do I think.

The penthouse itself.... it's kinda meh. You get a penthouse, which you can expand on with a lobby and then you can purchase 'modules'. The problem is that each module will add $100 to your daily bills and there's nothing new here. Everything in the casino can also be found elsewhere in the city. Barber, cinema, bartender...
