It also features self-emptying dustbins, powerful suction, and support for virtual boundaries. This high-performance vacuum and mops utilizes sensors that help it avoid obstacles and pet waste. It also learns the patterns of your home over time and provide better cleaning. 3. iRobot Roomba X40

This robot vacuum and mop combination features a sleek, circular look that looks much like a Roomba model than the boxy models from the competition. It is one of our most attractive looking robot vacuums. The newest model from iRobot is its most advanced model, with features that are cutting-edge like Enhanced Dirt Detection Technology as well as future compatibility with Matter (another company's robot that is able to wash mop pads).

It's the only robot vacuum/mop that has a perfect 10 in our testing due to a mix of high-tech sensors, which include cameras, a structured lighting system, and multiple lasers. The X40 Ultra is also the only robot in our tests that is fully self-refill and empty its base station, and it has an the industry's highest suction of 12,000Pa and self-cleaning mop pads.

As with other iRobot models as well, the X40 is user-friendly, offering an intuitive mobile app interface and integration with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and Google Assistant.
