WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you boost in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

The more modernized gear generally has a more value in trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are less useful for those with higher variance because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.
