Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are a great method to earn gear weapons, gear and much more. But they're also difficult to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a special casino slot games that allows you to carry pistols into the course of. Some players utilize this slot to help reach certain achievements and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the extra pistol as a gap closer. It is important to remember that in order to select the pistols that belong in this slot, click on the button for the appropriate category like alternate slot 2 machine guns. Having Major Expedition and Adept Rider on makes it easier to do. This combo also adds an attack tick from the Concealed Weapon every 10 seconds for as long as it is slotted.

Slot for Smuggled Items

The smuggled item slot is an amazing feature that lets players bring tools and weapons into the game, but it could be improved. It's currently shaped as the shape of a pistol, making it difficult to differentiate the smuggled weapon slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slot can house a large variety of items, from subtle concussion devices to explosives that are weapon-grade. These items are covertly stashed in a hidden location on the map, and can be retrieved at any time. The items that are smuggled are different from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small objects within scenery and objects directly.

Mission planning is an option available in the form of episodic missions. It lets players discover different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to stepping into the map. These options for planning expand as players progress through challenges and unlock higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players prepare the perfect task for each challenge.

Gear Slot

Early on in the game players will find their gear slots rapidly fill up, leading to the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are full" message, which blocks Max from picking new equipment until the old ones are removed or space is found. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which give players more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenges. Because many of these challenges are not completed and are scattered across the globe, it could take a while to reach the most slots for inventory in the game.

Each player has up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to the break-in. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as the grouping of Grenades) can only use one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations allow you to store items that don't fit in your concealed weapon or gear slot. You can take them out later.

These pickups are particularly useful if you have to pass through a frisk in the course of the game, or if you are carrying a weapon that would otherwise trigger suspicion. You can only hide only one item at a pick-up location.

This DLC also includes new security and asset protection contracts to the agency. To begin these missions simply contact the receptionist of the agency and stock up on armor and snacks. Once you've reached the marker you can identify a crowd upon arrival.
